5. 5 Or More Goalkicks In Any Half Of A Football Match
Every football match that has the option of making a bet on GOAL-KICKS, produces at least 5 in each half. Even if the two teams start off really slow, they tend to produce goal-kicks, towards the end of each half. Last 15 minutes of a half are really crucial, especially the 2nd half. It tends to produce 2-3 goal-kicks if not more (including stoppage time).
So, 5 goal-kicks in a single half is a bet that you can win. And if you are having a really bad day, try making this bet in the 2nd half, which gives you better chances of a win (+5 goal-kicks)!!
4. 1 Yellow Card In The First Half Of Any Football Match Is A Good Football Bet
Most referees around the globe tend to have a pattern. They generally let players get away with things in the first half, unless a clear and obvious foul (professional foul). But sometimes, there is no getting away with things.
Further, they have a pattern where they try to stamp their authority in the last 15 minutes of a half, especially the first. So, 1 booking can surely happen from the 30th to the 45th minute of match (along with stoppage time). This tends to happen more often that not.
And so, if there has been no booking in a game till the 30th minute, betting on a single yellow is a little less risky. And one that can help you make money for sure!!
3. 2nd Half Substitutions; None In The First Half
This was recommended by a friend and it is obviously one bet that holds true. However, it is not found in all games and this isn’t a real-time bet. So, if you can find this bet for any football game, it is worth taking a risk. And if it’s big teams, especially in the Premier League, at times, they tend to make a change in the second half. So, it’s a bet that generally ends up with a win!!
But only 1 thing to be concerned about!! If a team makes a substitution at half-time, it is a loss. So be very careful while making this bet on high-intensity matches or games that feature injury-prone players or a player that is just returning from an injury!!
2. My Favourite Football Bets: +2 Corner Kicks With 30 Minutes Left In A Football Match
This is my MOST FAVOURITE BET and the one that generally NEVER FAILS ME!! There was a time when 3 corners in 30 minutes was a great bet. But these days; over the course of time and with experience, have seen that +2 bets with 30 minutes left is much safer. There is a very simple reason for this observation.
While +3 with 30 minutes to go, could be a SAFE BET in a close match, +2 is a safe bet in most matches. Even in games with a 3-0 or 4-0 scoreline, generally 2 corner-kicks tend to happen. And this is the case in most matches for sure!! There may be one or 2 off-cases for this bet, but ideally, it’s a WINNER!! And betting on corner kicks is possible in most Leagues. So, it’s my favourite bet of ALL TIME!! Do try it!!
1. +2 Yellow Cards In The 2nd Half Of Football Matches Is A Good Football Bet Too
This is a more RECENT FAVOURITE of mine. But it’s available for limited Leagues. Not every League has this bet, as Yellow Cards are not tracked by the softwares used by companies. So, if you can find this bet in almost every League (apart from the Russian League, where it possibly fluctuates more), it’s a WINNER.
+2 Yellow Cards in the second half is something that tends to happen. From 45-70, there is ideally a card shown. And there is 1 or more shown in the last 15-20 minutes, which is how most referees function. So, this is not just about the psychology of players. But of referees too, who try to stamp their authority on matches all across the globe.
In some countries like India, the number can vary between 3-5 if not more in the second half. However, 2-3 is the safest number to bet on!!
