Though Manchester City leads the hunt for the 15-year-old, Arsenal is still fighting for Southampton’s wonderkid Harrison Miles. Prodigy from Southampton’s academy, Harrison Miles has already established himself with the Under-18s. Many hoped he would advance to the Under-21s and maybe play senior football not too far off. Southampton, renowned for developing outstanding talent, wanted to help Miles grow. Miles has chosen to quit the club, however, and big Premier League clubs are interested.

Manchester City leads and should be signing Miles. For their academy, they see this as a major purchase. City is looking at various promising prospects, including Miles; it has been dominating in the academy scene. Miles has been visiting Manchester City mostly for a long time. Arsenal still ranks highly, however, and they have made a bid to him. Strongly competitive with City for the young star, the Gunners want to strengthen their roster.

Arsenal Still Want To Sign The Southampton Wonder Kid

Arsenal and Manchester City have been competitors in the fight to acquire fresh talents as well as in the Premier League in recent years. First to designate separate funding for their academies were Guardiola’s team and Chelsea. Arsenal has lately done the same, trying to upgrade their youthful team and compete for the top young players.

Arsenal’s revised approach has positioned them to contest Manchester City for Miles. It is not surprising that they are fighting City for Miles as they have a enough money to attract elite academy talents. The 15-year-old now needs to make a very important future choice.

Arsenal should make great effort to get Harrison Miles. His aptitude and promise make him a great future resource. Dealing with Manchester City demonstrates Arsenal’s will to improve their young team. A major victory and a forward for the long-term direction of the club would be securing Miles.

With Ajax seeking roughly £30 million, Manchester United and Arsenal are looking at Brian Brobhey. Twenty-two-year-old Dutch striker Brobbey hopes to be in the Premier League next season. Brian Brobbey had an interesting career. Starting with AFC Amsterdam, he joined Ajax’s young academy in 2010 at eight years old. He established himself at Ajax before moving to RB Leipzig in 2021. His stay in Leipzig did not proceed as intended, however. Ajax loaned him back in January 2022 then made the move permanent.

Brobbey starred for Ajax in the 2023/24 season. Ajax started slowly but came sixth in the Eredivisie. In 43 games overall, Brobbey scored 22 goals and provided 12 assists. Top teams like Arsenal and Manchester United noticed his outstanding performance. Arsenal wants a fresh striker. Last season Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah underwhelmed, hence Brobbey would be a nice match for the Gunners. Brobbey’s skill set fits their needs as they want someone to strengthen their offensive choices.

Manchester United also has Brobgey in their radar. Anthony Martial leaving as a free agent means United needs a dependable striker. With Ajax’s £30 million asking price, Brobggy meets the criteria and won’t break the budget. Both teams have a decent chance of acquiring him. Their prospects are higher as Brobbey wants to participate in the Premier League. Should he sign for one of these elite teams for £30 million this summer, it will be fascinating. In Brobbey’s career, this action might be a major turning point; supporters will be keen to watch how he performs in among the most competitive leagues worldwide.
