Arsenal News: Manchester United wants to recruit Turkish player Ferdi Kadioglu, 24 years old, from Fenerbahce this summer. Sports Digitale, a Turkish publication, claims Manchester United is intensifying its activities. Arsenal also seems interested in the adaptable player. From NEC Nijmegen in July 2018 Ferdi Kadioglu signed Fenerbahce. Born in Arnheim and first represented the Netherlands in young football, he currently plays for Turkey’s national team. Turkey’s debut for him in June 2022 Kadioglu has demonstrated adaptability since he joined Fenerbahce. He can cover in midfield and at full-back. Having made over 200 games for the Turkish team, he has scored 17 goals and dished 22 assists.

One is not blind to Kadioglu’s advancement. He has drawn attention from many well-known European teams. Among them, Premier League teams like Arsenal and Manchester United are eager to have him signed this summer. Recent assessments connect Kadioglu firmly to Arsenal. Mikel Arteta appreciates flexible players and finds Kadioglu to be a suitable match for enhancing the full-back positions. While negotiating personal conditions may not be difficult, Arsenal must move fast to get the Fenerbahce midfielder.

Arsenal’s intentions are complicated by Manchester United’s interests. After losing Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia for much of the 2023–24 season, the Red Devils require a left-back. Kadioglu appears a good choice, and Manchester United is keen to close a contract. Arsenal runs the danger of lagging behind as Manchester United increases their output. Both teams need Kadioglu’s adaptability and talent. The summer transfer window will highlight which team would get the signing of the 24-year-old utility player and if he would join the Premier League.

The hunt for Ferdi Kadioglu’s trademark liven the summer transfer scene. If Arsenal and Manchester United want to have the gifted Turkish player on their teams, they have to act forcefully.

Arsenal wants to re-sign Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Dan Bentley. The team wants to increase its choices for goalkeeping for next season. The Athletic claims that Arsenal got in touch with Wolves in order to negotiate a contract for Bentley, a former player of their academy. Years ago Bentley joined Arsenal’s junior divisions, but departed the Under-18 squad in 2009. Before going to Wolves in January 2023, he lived four years at Bristol City. Though he only plays nine games for Wolves, he is very important for their team. Although his present contract runs for 12 months, an extension for two more years is under discussion.

Arsenal’s interest in Bentley arises from their need for consistent goalkeeping choices. They recruited David Raya on a season-long loan from Brentford last summer, with purchase option. Just making 11 appearances last season, Raya displaced Aaron Ramsdale as the top goalkeeper. Lack of playing time has annoyed Ramsdale and resulted in anticipation he may depart in quest of consistent first-team participation. Arsenal also has Karl Hein among its players. But Mikel Arteta wants a more consistent backup goalkeeper. Their former academy player Bentley seems to match the bill. His familiarity with the club and expertise equip him to be a strong backup.
