The question is: is he worth a swoop?

That doesn’t stop them from looking at the Portuguese as a possible rotation reinforcement. It is not clear if Arteta sees him as a starter, but the interest exists. It will all depend on the price, the role he is offered and the player’s desire to make the step up.
Arsenal should look at this opportunity calmly. Ramos has conditions, but he is not a guarantee of immediate impact. If PSG do not ask for a disproportionate sum, he could be worth a complement. The PSG striker is not a signing that excites from the outset, but the team needs attacking depth. Arteta cannot rely solely on Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz in that area.
