Arsenal Recieve Response From Juventus For 20-year-old

Kenan Yildiz closed an outstanding season with Juventus. At just 20 years of age, the Turkish attacker has shown personality, bursting runs and judgement in the final metres. In 48 official matches he managed to contribute 16 times between goals and assists, a remarkable record for a player still in a growth phase. His performance not only consolidated him in the Italian team’s rotation, but also put him on the radar of important clubs. Juventus, despite an inconsistent year in Serie A, closed the season well under Igor Tudor. Yildiz has been one of the bright spots in this context.

According to Tuttosport, Arsenal appear to be the team most interested in signing Yildiz. Mikel Arteta is looking for new attacking solutions and the Turk fits the profile: young, ambitious and with the ability to break down defences. The English club would be willing to invest between 50 and 60 million euros for his signature, a figure that Juventus consider low. The Italian club is thinking of a renewal with a salary increase for the player, which could even double his current salary. In parallel, Arsenal are also keeping a close eye on Athletic’s Nico Williams, although the interest in Yildiz seems to have older and stronger roots.

BTP Opinion:

Does it make sense for Arsenal to spend up to 60 million on Yildiz? Yes, if you think about market logic. The club have invested heavily in talented youth, as they did with Havertz or Ødegaard. Yildiz is not just a gamble, he is already a reality in a big Italian club. Moreover, he has room to grow. The figure may seem high, but in the Premier League it is not so high when you consider his projection.

Would Yildiz fit into Arteta’s system? Quite well. He can play as a winger, second striker or even inside if given freedom. He has a good foot, reads space well and doesn’t hide. Arteta values players who interpret the game well and Yildiz falls into that category. He also adds imbalance, something Arsenal have sometimes lacked in tight games.

Should Juventus sell him or renew him? Juventus need to rebuild, but not at the expense of their most promising players. If they sell him, they should charge at least 80-90 million, which seems fair for his potential. However, renewing Yildiz could send a clear message: they are betting on young players with a future. If the club wants to compete for titles again, they need to retain talent.

Another way to look at this news is from the point of view of the player himself. If Yildiz agrees to renew, he can become a key player in a new project in Turin. But if he wants to test himself at the highest level in England, with the pace and demands of the Premier League, then Arsenal represent a competitive leap. Whatever he decides, his career is already taking firm steps.
