Liverpool have made it clear that they are no longer interested in signing Welsh international Aaron Ramsey next summer. The 27 year old is yet to commit his future at the Emirates stadium and with no deal currently on the table, Ramsey will be forced to consider his options after having clearly stated his desire to stay put at the Emirates for foreseeable future but as of now he would be absolutely gutted at the idea to leave on sour terms with the Gunners Faithfull’s. The Welshmen has a few considerable options however, Manchester United, Chelsea and surprisingly even Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are also in the race to sign the 27 year old. Arsenal for some reason decided not to go ahead with an agreed contract extension and Ramsey has even said that after agreeing to terms and willing to sign on the dotted line the Gunners pulled out of the deal at the last moment and are said to inform the player about their intentions in the coming weeks. Meanwhile it could be an end to what has been an amazing spell for Ramsey at the Emirates stadium, he will complete 10 years at the club in June next year. The Welshmen so far has won three FA Cups and two Community shields with the Gunners. It would really be tough to replace a player with such high caliber and Emery might have a few problems as to who would fit into the player’s boots. Chelsea might be poised to make a move for him as Real Madrid loanee Mateo Kovacic’s future is still uncertain, the Los Blancos did not include a buyout option in the Croatians contract before sending him to the Stamford Bridge and with Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek showing glimpse of their potential. Sarri would love to bring in an experienced seasoned campaigner and who better than Aaron Ramsey. The Blues would definitely face competition from a few more clubs namely Juventus, Manchester United and even Bayern Munich and Arsenal will either lose him for free or may have to accept a lesser fee for the 27 year old but with it may come down to a bidding war if any of the club decides to bring in the winter transfer market and Arsenal could benefit from it rather than letting him go for free. Speaking for free, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp made it clear that he does fancy the idea of bringing in Ramsey even for free considering their immense squad depth in the Midfield position with James Milner, Henderson, Wijanaldum, Naby Keita, Ox Chamberlain and Fabinho it would be tough to accommodate the Welshmen hence they pulled out of the race. Manchester United and Chelsea could be an ideal move for the 27 year old and considering his experience in the Premier League either of the club could benefit by bringing in him and in my opinion he should chose Chelsea over Man Utd and Bayern Munich as he suits to free flowing style of play and will definitely blend into Maurizio Sarri’s team and who knows he might finally get his hands on the Premier League too.
