Breaking: Arsenal And Chelsea Eyeing Move for Real Madrid Outcast

English giant clubs Arsenal and Chelsea are looking to plot a move for Real Madrid star midfielder Isco Alcaron in the winter transfer window. The Spanish star has not managed to cement his place in the starting eleven and could be heading out of the La Liga if he does not receive regular football at Madrid.

With the transfer window opening up, Chelsea has made the first splash in the new window as they recruited American youngster Christian Pulisic from German club Borussia Dortmund just a few days ago. Pulisic will continue playing his football at the Westfalenstadion until the end of the season and will join Stamford Bridge during the summer. The Blues are certainly producing some lovely football under new manager Maurizio Sarri at the moment as the West London club sits in fourth place on the Premier League table.

Even London rivals Arsenal are doing really well under their new Spanish boss Unai Emery as the Gunners are fighting for a top 4 spot to play in the Champions League next term. Arsenal is currently in 5th spot and will challenge Chelsea for a spot in the top 4 in the upcoming weeks. The North London side went on a tremendous run where they avoided defeat in 22 games across all competitions.

Despite having a relatively good start to life in England, both Sarri and Emery are still looking to re-enforce their respective squads to achieve a top 4 position. Both the capital clubs are looking to sign a high-quality midfielder for a successful campaign and Real Madrid superstar Isco Alcaron is now on their radar.

Isco has been an integral part of the Real Madrid squad that won the Champions League three times in a row over the past three seasons. The Spanish midfield maestro is considered to be the next ‘Andres Iniesta’ and has been vital to Madrid’s success over the past half a decade or so since joining the club from Malaga in a €30 million. However, since the departure of French manager Zinedine Zidane last season, Real Madrid has had a massive blip in form and are struggling to maintain their status as an elite club. Losing Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer was a massive blow and the sacking of Julen Lopetegui earlier in the season also contributed to the downfall of the La Liga giants.

Isco has barely featured under new boss Santiago Solari with reports claiming that the 26-year-old has fallen out with the Real Madrid boss and wants an exit from the Santiago Bernabeu as soon as the January transfer window.

Arsenal currently holds the advantage to lure Isco to the English Premier League as Unai Emery worked with the player during the duo’s time at Valencia. The North London side will be hoping to attract Isco to the Emirates as his quality on the ball and experiencing winning trophies could play as a major plus for the Gunners. Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, and even Manchester City are keeping close tabs on Isco’s situation this winter.
