This Shocking Tweet By A Liverpool Fan Will Really Make You Feel Ashamed

After weeks of long searches and long anxious nights, Cardiff City striker, Emiliano Sala has been officially declared dead. The body which was discovered from the plane wreckage in English channel has been confirmed to be Emiliano Sala. The body which was found in Sunday morning was shifted to Portland Port on Wednesday where recognition procedure was carried out.

Dorset police issued a statement late on Thursday night, “The families of Mr. Sala and the pilot David Ibbotson have been updated with this news and will continue to be supported by specially-trained family liaison officers. Our thoughts remain with them at this difficult time.”

A report by The Air Accidents Investigations Branch (AAIB) suggested that the operation had been carried out in an “as dignified a way as possible” and their families were kept updated throughout. Dorset police also confirmed that HM Coroner will continue to investigate the circumstances of this death supported by Dorset Police.

Sala signed from Nantes to Cardiff City FC for £15m and was en route to Cardiff on 21st January when his plane lost communication around Guernsey coast. A search party was deployed for two days which failed in locating the whereabouts. Later, private search parties with specialized equipments sponsored by The UK’s Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) conducted a thorough search which yielded result on Thursday. The Air Accidents Investigation Branch also said it had decided not to continue efforts to raise the plane, which it had surveyed using a remotely operated vehicle.

Following the reports  of the crash, a dispute rose between the two clubs, Cardiff City confirmed that the Premier League are yet to pay the first installment of Sala’s transfer fees. Cardiff city chairman, Mehmet Dalman said, “When we think it’s the right time to do it, we will. I don’t think Cardiff said we were not going to pay.”

Sala was a sensation for FC Nantes and a fan favorite amongst the Nantes faithful. He scored 42 goals in three and a half seasons.  Footballers around the world paid homage to the deceased and showed condolences to his family. Fellow countryman, Sergio Aguero paid a tribute to Sala’s friends and family while his would be team mate Sol Bamba tweeted a black and white picture of Sala, who he never got to share shirts with.

However, not all Tweets were worth cherishing. Below we see a Tweet from a disturbed Liverpool fan, who had this to say-

Not the kind of thing the fans of the Merseyside outfit would appreciate either, as his death was a loss to the entire footballing world. The young talent could have been a top star if his move to Cardiff City would have been a successful one.

However, such Tweets are really unnecessary and a disgrace to the world of football. Whether the Tweet was deleted or not, can’t be confirmed at this moment. Despite that, one thing is for certain that some of the fans across the globe really go too far at times and do things which make the entire world feel ashamed. This was one of those. Surely!!
