The Gunners finished the season in a winning note with a win against Burnley on the final match-day. The win secured Arsenal’s direct qualification in the Europa League next season. Though they will certainly be eyeing to push for the Champions League football next season with a win over Chelsea in the Europa League final at Baku.

The Premier League this season again went to the last game of the season. Manchester City collected 98 points this season in 38 matches. On the other hand, Liverpool collected 97 points from 38 matches. Liverpool were in an advantageous position to win the Premier League this season at one point of time. So, they finished in third and fourth position respectively. Manchester United lost their last match against Cardiff City with a margin of 2-0. The Gunners won their match against Burnley with a margin of 3-1 and they finished at the fifth position in the League Table.
