In this Chaos, a post from the daughter of BCCI President and famous former skipper of Indian cricket team Sourav Ganguly on Instagram grabbed many eyeballs. An 18-year-old Sana Ganguly, daughter of Sourav shares an excerpt from the Khushwant Singh’s novel “The End of India”.

However, as his father understood the tense situation and dismissed her post in a tweet by saying she is too young to understand politics. He wrote, “ Please keep Sana out of these issues..this post is not true…She is a too young girl to know about anything in politics.”
Ganguly received flak on social media for this Tweet. Many said as she is 18 years old, she has every right to put forward her views.
Now on Friday, Sourav Ganguly put forward his point of view on CAB bill and its protest all over the nation. He said,” My message will be to maintain peace. I will not go into the political issues of it because I have not actually read the bill. I do not think it is appropriate to make any comment before understanding but maintain peace and harmony. If there are issues, the concerned people will be available to address it. For me, everyone’s happiness is important.”
