Chelsea are currently at the fourth position in the League table with 48 points in 29 matches so far. Manchester United are their main competitor for the top four spot this season. 1. Resurgence Of Chelsea Midfield:
The midfield of Chelsea have not been able to perform well at the middle of the season. There was a lack of communication between the midfielders and the defenders. The opponents were using that space and the Blues were not able to take the complete control of the midfield. However, recently things have changed quite a lot. Jorginho and N’Golo Kante- two top midfielders are out of the equation from this Chelsea side at this moment. In these circumstances, the youngsters have taken responsibility in their shoulders. Mason Mount, Billy Gilmour and Ross Barkley are playing really well at this moment. Mateo Kovacic is also in good form throughout the whole season.
