They have been rewarded Government jobs because of their contribution to the field.
1. KL Rahul:
KL Rahul has been playing well for Indian Cricket team for last few years. The cricketer has cemented his position in limited-overs cricket for Indian Cricket Team. There is an ongoing myth which is currently circulating in Indian cricket circuit regarding KL Rahul.

Joginder Sharma had been the Hero of Team India during the T20 World Cup triumph in 2007. Haryana Police gave him a Government job after his contribution for Indian Cricket team. Now, he is Deputy Superintendent of Haryana Police. Recently one of his pictures has gone viral in social media. In that picture, Joginder Sharma has been requesting people to stay at home during his lockdown period after COVID-19 outbreak. Meanwhile, Joginder Sharma retired from playing cricket a few years ago.
3. Mahendra Singh Dhoni:
Mahendra Singh Dhoni was the ticket collector at Kharagpur Railway Station before joining Indian Cricket Team. Dhoni’s journey will certainly remain inspirational for all aspiring young Indian cricketers. He has been one of the best captains of Indian Cricket Team if not the best. As a captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has won all ICC trophies for team India. Under the leadership of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, India won the 50 overs World Cup in 2011. After that, the former Indian skipper was given the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel by the Indian territorial army.
4. Sachin Tendulkar:
Sachin Tendulkar, ‘The God Of Cricket’ was also awarded a Government job in 2010. The ‘Master Blaster’ was honoured with the post of Group Captain in the Indian Air Force. Sachin Tendulkar’s cricket career has always been an inspiration for all cricket lovers. Sachin Tendulkar is one of the best batsmen of team India. Till date, he holds several records which seem to be unbreakable by any cricketer sooner or later.
5. Yuzvendra Chahal:
Yuzvendra Chahal is currently one of the best leg spinners in world cricket. Chahal has come into Indian Cricket Team after his impressive performance for Royal Challengers Bangalore in Indian Premier League. The leg spinner has cemented his place in Indian cricket team in the last few years. He is very much popular amongst the teammates. Also, Yuzvendra Chahal is a fan favourite too. He has been given the job of an Income Tax officer by the Indian Income Tax Department.
