The Jofra Archer-Ben Stokes Story- English allrounder Ben Stokes and speedster Jofra Archer are playing IPL in UAE for Rajasthan Royals. They are the most important players in their team. Archer is the spearhead of their bowling attack. Stokes recently smashed a century against Mumbai Indians.
In the meantime between matches, both played a round of rapid-fire questions between them on a video session. Both asked each other many questions in the session. These activities have been quite common in recent times. It was fun to see the two interact and have a laugh with each other. A great bonding session for two domestic and national team-mates.
What Was The Conversation Between The Two English Cricketers All About?
Ben Stokes asked Archer a question that really got the attention that it deserved, “What is your favourite Hindi word?” and also commented that, “ Not sure you can say that” before Archer answering to question and both burst into laughter as Archer said, “Yeah, No I can not, I can not.” As these overseas players could have learned popular Hindi curse words in the Hindi language so they are not ready to say these words on camera.”
Also, Ben Stokes said funnily, “My name has been turned into a Hindi word.” That is rather too funny for Twitteratti and as always the conversation began to trend. Anything and everything Jofra Archer does is funny. Further, Ben Stokes decided to join in on the party as well.
Also yesterday, Ben Stokes played a vital part in their win against King XI Punjab. Stokes smashed fifty off just 24 balls to help his team to win the game for his team. He also bagged two wickets in the same game. Archer snared two wickets comprising of one wicket of Gayle. He shattered stumps of Gayle when he was on 99 runs. Gayle looked very disappointed when he couldn’t complete his century.
Here is a video below showcasing the conversation between the two-
