The five-day Test match got reduced to a four-day match after the third day was called off. This was due to the rain playing spoil-sport. England ended their second innings on 170/3 with Sibley securing a fifty.

New Zealand finished their first innings with a whopping total of 378/10. This was thanks to debutant, Devon Conway. England, on the other hand, scored just 275/10. The hosts struggled to make a real impact with the bat. The Kiwis struggled to bat in the second innings and scored a meagre 169/6. That was before the play was stopped due to rain and an early tea break was taken.

Conway deservingly won the Man Of The Match award in his debut game. He scored a double century to help his team get past the 350-mark. However, he was unlucky to get run out in his first innings. Rory Burns from the other end fought hard to get to 132 and helped the team secure a decent total of 275. Ollie Robinson bowled well and got four wickets in the first innings and three in the second.

Day 3 of the Test was called off due to the rain and the visitors were dominant in the game. Performance-wise they were better. They had their things planned out well and executed them better. The Kiwis gave England a hard time in their own backyard.

Suddenly, the man eventually realised that he was the focus of everyone’s attention but he wasn’t camera shy. He even raised his hand and waved at the camera.

As if that wasn’t enough, the cameraman re-focused the camera to spot the hilarious fan again and again. He keep zoomin in on him with time intervals. The fan accepted the challenge rather quickly and removed it again. This time he wore it on the right side.

The players on the pitch and the fans as well, absolutely loved what they were watching.
