Liverpool and Manchester United are allegedly interested in acquiring Inter Milan midfielder Nicolo Barella, who is 24 years old and plays for the Italian national team.

Liverpool and Manchester United have both shown an interest in signing him to a deal. Something the Italian champions are trying to avoid. They are keen to renew his contract at present.
With Inter Milan having signed him from Cagliari, Nicolo Barella has made significant strides. Under Antonio Conte, the 24-year-old made quick work of establishing himself as a fixture in the centre of the park. That was after being recruited on loan by the Nerazzurri in the summer of 2019. His loan was extended to a permanent deal last year as he continued to impress.
