A report from the Guardian has now suggested that the reigning champions of Europe, Real Madrid, are willing to let go of their two top stars in order to bring Chelsea’s Eden Hazard to the Bernabeu. Los Blancos have been in the hunt to sign the 26 year old Belgian international for quite some time now and it seems that they will make yet another offer for his services this summer.
It will be a tough deal to crack, with the Blues looking potential champions of the top flight of English football already and as things stand, will make their return to Champions League football next season.
The La Liga giants know this and are said to be ready to offer play-maker James Rodriguez and forward Alvaro Morata, to get the deal done.
The offer would be a huge one, as the duo are one of the best in the world in their current positions and if they strike form, would be a major asset to the west London outfit.
Any ambitions that Antonio Conte would have for the future with the club would be only fortified with this deal, though Hazard has been an asset for Chelsea as well.
However, one must not forget that the attacking superstar has already helped the Londoners win the league once under Jose Mourinho and can possibly do the same once again with the Italian manager in-charge.
If that does happen, it will be a very tough call and hopefully Conte can keep both the fans and the management happy at the same time, without compromising on his team’s performances and form in the long run.
