Watch: Gabriel Martinelli Scores His First Goal For Brazil; What A Finish!!

'He is the best player in Premier League history'-Gabriel Martinelli Picks The Best Play In The English Premier League History

Gabriel Martinelli has finally scored his first goal for the Brazilian national team. And it was a really good finish, which will have made the Arsenal fans really proud of this goal. The goal was scored against Colombia, who faced Brazil in the World Cup 2026 qualifiers. The match was being played at the Estadio Metropolitano and saw the Gunner start in left-midfield.

Though the Gooners and Brazilian fans would have been a little confused about the starting position that Gabriel Martinelli was asked to take up, the end product would have surely delighted them. Who doesn’t like to see one of their favourites score a good goal. And that was the case with the young attacker.

Gabriel Martinelli Scores His First International Goal And Opens The Scoring For Brazil Against Colombia!!

Vinicius Jr. set up a beautiful goal for his team-mate from Arsenal, Gabriel Martinelli, who put the ball in the back of the net. It was a brilliant move and the goal was a well-deserved result. The fans really loved how the two players linked up and scored the goal from the left flank, transitioning towards the centre.

It is the kind of play that Brazil has been renowned for years now. And finally Martinelli has arrived. This would surely get the Arsenal fans talking, who want to see more of the same from him. Not just for the national team. But at the club level as well. For some reason, he has forgotten how to score, in recent times!!

Below is the video of the goal scored by Gabriel Martinelli!!

Well, it’s a great start for this young kid and he will want to keep building on this momentum. He has finally scored and he has a long way to go. But this game could actually help Arteta with a dilemma too.

The Tactical Advantage That Mikel Arteta May Get Out Of This Brazilian Goal!!

With Odegaard struggling with injury, Mikel Arteta is looking for a solution to the creativity concerns in midfield. He does not have Thomas Partey at present, who is out till the end of the year. Further, Gabriel Jesus is also not available.

So, with the current tactics that Fernando Diniz is showcasing at present, this could help Arsenal in the long-run. Gabriel Martinelli can play in the midfield and help Arteta resolve these issues.

Well, whether Arteta decides to implement this solution or not, remains to be seen. For now, if the team does well, that’s all that matters. The aim is to win more and win consistently. This will help the Gunners secure more titles and trophies, hopefully, in the long-run.

Let’s wait and watch what new tactics Arteta implements in the days to come. Things can get interesting if Martinelli continues to perform in this new-found role, for sure!!
