Rodrygo News:

Recent reports revealed that Arsenal were showing considerable amount of interest to sign the Real Madrid winger Rodrygo. There are strong rumours that Kylian Mbappe will move toReal Madrid this summer on a free transfer. So, with the arrival of Kylian Mbappe and the presence of Vinicius Junior, Rodryogo’s playing time will reduce considerably. Hence, Rodrygo will want a new club to continue getting his regular playing time. In fact, the Los Blancos are also prepared to offload him in the summer transfer window of 2024. Hence, the Gunners were planning to make a bog move for him in the summer.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are in search of an attacking winger. They do have Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli. However, the club desperately needs a world class backup who can complement them from strength to strength. Arteta and Edu feels that Rodrygo will be the best suited for that position. However, the Real Madrid side wants £85 to sell their prized asset. Moreover, Arsenal will also need to offer a weekly salary of more than £200,000 to Rodrygo. Dean Jones reports that Arsenal don’t have the financial capacity to meet this demands. Hence the move is very unlikely to go through.
