Tottenham Wants To Get The Manchester United Star In 2024

We are very close to the summer transfer window of 2024. Teams are getting ready for the arrivals and the departures of players. One such player is Harry Maguire of Manchester United. Reports are emerging that Tottenham Hotspur could go for a move to sign to Harry Maguire from Manchester United in this summer transfer window. The Manchester United star has lost his place in the starting XI.

So, he will definitely want to get out from the team and go to a club where he will get regular playing time. Tottenham is very much interested to get him into their squad. They need someone to control their defensive line and has good amount of experience in Premier League. Tottenham’s main priority in the summer transfer window is to sign a left-footed centre-back. The club needs strengthening in that section, So, they are scouting the market for such a profile. Harry Maguire fits that profile perfectly.

Tottenham wants Harry Maguire from Manchester United

Tottenham needs an experienced centre-back in a cheaper price. However, if there is a tug of war for Magure, the Red Devils may want to get more profit out of him. Ten Hag was not using Maguire regularly last season. However, this season things have been different. Ten Hag is using him. Last season, he was close to leaving in the summer. However, it might not be the same this time around. The advantage for Tottenham is that Maguire has just one year left in his contract.

He can definitely increase it for one year. But, I don’t think Maguire will want to continue at Manchester United, if he gets better wages and playing time somewhere else. Tottenham will be aware of this and hence they will definitely be on the doors of Manchester United to get him. Now, it remains to be seen what lies in the future of Harry Maguire. Manchester United or Tottenham Hotspur?

Jarrod Bowen news:

The summer transfer window is very close. One of the clubs who are looking to be very busy in this year is Liverpool. Liverpool is not sure about the future of their star attacker Mohamed Salah. Salah may leave the club in this transfer window. Moreover, Klopp has already announced of his decision to leave the club in this transfer window. So, the Reds are keeping tabs on some of the attackers in this transfer window. One such player is Jarrod Bowen. Liverpool is back with their interest to sign Bowen in the summer transfer window. Bowen is in the middle of yet another spectacular season with West Ham United. Hence, he is in the radar of many clubs. Moreover, his price tag will also be high due to the performances that he has put up this season.

Bowen has scored 18 goals in the Premier League so far this season. Moreover, he has also signed a new contract with West Ham United till 2030. So, getting him out of the club will be very tough and costly. West Ham also received a £50m offer for Bowen in January. They straightway rejected it and also tied him to a new contract till 2030. So, it is not realistic that they will allow him to leave the club anytime soon. So, Liverpool will definitely have a tough time if they want to sign Bowen in this transfer window.
