They need someone to control their defensive line and has good amount of experience in Premier League. Tottenham’s main priority in the summer transfer window is to sign a left-footed centre-back. The club needs strengthening in that section, So, they are scouting the market for such a profile. Harry Maguire fits that profile perfectly.

Bowen is in the middle of yet another spectacular season with West Ham United. Hence, he is in the radar of many clubs. Moreover, his price tag will also be high due to the performances that he has put up this season.
Bowen has scored 18 goals in the Premier League so far this season. Moreover, he has also signed a new contract with West Ham United till 2030. So, getting him out of the club will be very tough and costly. West Ham also received a £50m offer for Bowen in January. They straightway rejected it and also tied him to a new contract till 2030.
