Editor’s View: Champions Of England?
The win showcased the fact that the Blues were missing some of their top stars like Azpilicueta and Hazard, who started the game on the bench and that their squad is vulnerable too. The Londoners are trying to defend their league title and if they are not able to improve, it could be a problem for Conte’s future at the club, which was already in doubts in the past.
If the Italian manager wants to really stay with Chelsea, the results need to show and things need to improve. They need to start playing like real champions and beat the big teams that they will face off in the upcoming months.
