Tottenham Vs Crystal Palace: Keep your NOSE out of my business just got real. Yes, and the fans are in dire shock after this call in the match between these two sides.
VAR and PGMOL are mocked due to various reasons. Most times, it is due to the mistakes and errors made by referees that impact crunch games. However, sometimes, even when they are right, things can get funny. And this is one such case in which they were helpless but to rule in the defending team’s favour.
In a game that could have been closer if not for the Micky van de Ven sending off, it did change the complexion of the match for some time. But eventually, with a man down, Tottenham lost their way.
The Incident That Produced One Of The Funniest Decisions In Premier League History!!
Ismaila Sarr (Palace) was on his way to finishing off a well-created goal. However, in a funny turn of events it was concluded that his NOSE was offside!! Yes, a damn freaking Nose!!
This did not eventually cost Palace points in the game due to the RED CARD that the hosts got. However, it could have serious implications in the relegation battle where goal-difference can surely come into play. Or in some other crunch game, that wasn’t this one-sided.
🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: This is something you have NEVER seen before in your life!

Tottenham Vs Crystal Palace: Is It Time For Another Change In The Offside Rule Now!?
The Premier League is the most-watched League in world of football. It is the trend-setter in the global market, whether fans of some Leagues want to agree to this fact or not!!
However, such instances at times demand a bit more use of common sense. Not for the officials this time, as they followed the rules, but for the rule-makers. We hear and read a lot that some new OFFSIDE rules are going to be implemented; Wenger’s offside rule and more, but when!?
Why does FIFA and the European FAs have to wait for a serious failure, before things can be corrected!? The debate has been going on for so long now. Why can’t action be taken faster, with so many fans engrossed in the game and so much money at stake too!?
This is a serious concern and it will continue to be raised over and over again, until the core-issues are eventually addressed and taken care of. How many seasons or major international tournaments it will further take to get the job done, only time will tell.
However, we can all just hope that the higher authorities and rule-makers are watching. And they take notice of these loopholes that can be very costly to some clubs at the end of the day. Let’s see now, how the rest of the season concludes and whether or not, this one goal saves Spurs or hurts some other club’s chances to remain in the top flight of English football!?
