Revealed: Manchester United Could Sign Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo For This Fee

Los Blancos have reportedly set a massive price of €200m (£175m) on talisman Cristiano Ronaldo. This means that Real Madrid is willing to offload their superstar if a deal is matched. Ronaldo is arguably one of the greatest players to have ever graced this planet and is playing for one of the biggest clubs on the planet as well.  But the Portuguese winger is now 33 years old and despite still firing on all cylinders, Real Madrid will know that his days at peaking are numbered.  However, Ronaldo himself hinted at possibly leaving the Santiago Bernabeu after the Champions League final against Liverpool.

Speaking after the 3-1 victory over Jurgen Klopp’s Reds in Kiev, Ronaldo suggested that he could leave the Spanish capital this summer by these shocking statements, “In the next few days I will give an answer to the fans that have always been on my side. It was very nice to be at Real Madrid, in the coming days I will talk about it more.”

This news alerted the football fans all across the globe and especially the top clubs in the European continent as they were probably on the lookout for signing Ronaldo. The attacking winger has won the prestigious Ballon d’Or and Champions League title five times each. Of late, Ronaldo is still showing his stellar ability to get his team out of trouble.

Premier League giants Manchester United are also monitoring Ronaldo’s situation as the Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho is keen to work with his national compatriot once again this time at Old Trafford.

The ‘Special One’ has stressed on the importance of winning the Premier League title with Manchester United and is in dire need of a wide player, Cristiano Ronaldo fits the bill perfectly. The former United star has the experience of playing in the English League and did extremely well for the Manchester outfit before making the switch to Real Madrid.

Alexis Sanchez has struggled to fit into Mourinho’s tactics at United and the Chilean may have to make way for Ronaldo if the Portuguese star rejoins the club. Ronaldo will certainly boost Manchester United’s chances of winning the Premiership if he arrives back to the Theater of Dreams. Mourinho is keen to win the title against one of his fiercest and now local rival Spaniard and Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola, formerly of Barcelona.

And surprisingly, the Los Blancos will allow Ronaldo to leave the club for a mammoth fee of €200m (£175m). I think that it is a massive risk for Manchester United to take as this will make Ronaldo the second most expensive player after Neymar. The talking point is the fact that Ronaldo is already 33 years old and arguably past his peak. United are also linked with signing another Madrid winger in the form of Gareth Bale. Now we have to see if any move finalized for the player after his sensational performance Against Spain in the World Cup which was really a commendable one for any player.
