Watch: Gerard Pique Takes A Dig At Real Madrid President Florentino Perez

The Florentino Perez Story- Gerard Pique has taken digs at the Real Madrid president and mocked him on the leaked tapes of him insulting Real Madrid players and staff from a decade ago.  In the past days, Florentino Perez’s audiotapes were leaked by El Confidencial, who have tried to expose the Madrid president who is in his second stint at the club now.

He is told to have called the club’s biggest legends, Iker Casillas and Raul as ‘frauds’ which has caused lots of controversy in the football world.

The Story Of What Gerard Pique Said About Florentino Perez

Gerard Pique with his history in rubbing the salt over wounds and being extremely active on Twitter has been seen taking digs at the Real Madrid president regarding the same. He commented on various Tweets about ‘where was the audio’ such as Roma’s 10-0 win in a friendly, and Laporta’s conversation. Also mocked Casillas over the leaked tapes on Instagram.

El Chiringuito TV took a dig at the fact that Messi was taking a pay-cut to renew where Pique commented ‘Money but no audio.’ This audio stir has caused most people to turn against Perez as they found him mocking the club’s biggest legends who gave their all to the club. Legends like Raul, Casillas, Ronaldo, Mourinho and so on.

Adding more salt to the wound, Perez also became the centre of media attention where the Super League campaign he bravely ran was cut open by the media and made him a more hated figure in football. Not only the Real Madrid president was involved but most elite clubs from Europe were into the Super League which was the biggest failed phenomenon in football in past few years and caused an unreal amount of controversy.

El Chiringuito TV posted a Tweet about the Roma win recently. Pique responded in Spanish to the Tweet. He said, “Roma win 10-0 but you do not have the audios. Fellows No!!”

Again for the second video, Gerard Pique commented #NoAudios.

The leaked tape from El-Confidencial dates back to the year 2006 where he is quoted to say vile things and the leaks are still going on. It was reported that Real Madrid had the chance to buy the leaks for €10m but Perez didn’t give in on the blackmails and is now a victim of the leaked tapes.

He commented on this third video by saying, “A penny and there are no audios. ?”

The last comment on this fourth video was, “And the audios by when?”

What Next For The Barcelona Man With Regards To His Career

Real Madrid also gave an official statement where Florentino Perez says that the tapes are used out of context, but he did NOT deny them. This proved to be the truth bomb for many outlets and fans. Perez has caused a huge stir but Raul, who trains RM-Castilla and Casillas who is a part of RM hasn’t answered anything or haven’t spoken up at all regarding this.

Pique has once again managed to cause havoc with his digs at the RM president. He was also caught saying that Real Madrid was highly favoured by the referees and that the officiating is done in Real Madrid’s favour. He was also touted to say that many referees were Real Madrid fans and that largely helped Madrid win games.

Said 85% of referees are Real Madrid fans but in season 20/21, Barca has managed to get their hands on 12 penalties meanwhile the capital-based white jersey club has only got three. Surely Pique loves causing controversies on Twitter, and he is still going with this.
