1- A great season, the previous one. Do you think that the Chattogram Challengers deserved to be champions and got unlucky?
Definitely it was a great season. Chattogram Challengers should have won the championship but somehow we lost with Rajshahi. I wouldn’t say we were unlucky but we could have played better.
2- What was the highlight of your team as a unit?
From the very first day, we were like a family where each member blended with each other very well and came forward to make a balance where it was needed.
3- If you had the chance to have any retired legend in your current side. Which player would you like to see play for the Chattogram Challengers?
Brian Lara. Without a doubt.
4- If you had to highlight one quality that makes the Chattogram Challengers different from other BPL teams. What would that be?
Chattogram is a city of heritage, history and culture. We tried our best to represent the city. The logo itself has the visual of it. Chattogram is a city of port and mountains. We tried to bring the bit of the city in the logo and for the first time, Chattogram team have performed its best which made the local people be more emotionally attached with the team.
5- Your favourite moments from the recently concluded season?
The victory against Khulan in Sylhet and the victory against Dhaka that helped us reach the 2nd qualifiers (semifinal).
6- The COVID-19 is just all over the news. Any message for the fans?
Stay at home. Stay safe. Help others to stay safe by keeping yourself safe.
7- What would you like to say to the fans who want to see the Chattogram Challengers as champions of the BPL next season?
Chattogram Challengers is born to win which have already won people’s heart and will win the BPL. InshaAllah.
