SummerSlam is one of the biggest events of WWE’s annual calendar. This year the event will probably be hosted at WWE’s Performance Center. The Orlando based training centre has hosted WrestleMania 36 without live audiences. Since WWE is continuously trying to somehow bring the live audience. Meanwhile, WWE is building up towards the event and like every year, the company would book a solid card for this year’s SummerSlam.
Here are five matches that could happen at the August event.

Braun Strowman vs. The Fiend
Brain Strowman and Bray Wyatt have been feuding since SmackDown after WrestleMania. The Monster Among Man faced FireFly Fun House Bray Wyatt at Money In The Bank PPV. At Extreme Rules, both superstars faced off each other in Wyatt Swamp Fight match. In both attempts, Former WWE Champion failed to win the gold. Now, Braun Strowman is now targeted by The Fiend. We could soon announce a Championship contest between former Wyatt Family members.
Asuka vs Sasha Banks
Sasha Banks recently defeated Asuka on Raw to become a new Raw Women’s Champion. The bout ended in a controversial way, where Asuka left the title match in the middle to help her mate, who got attacked by Bayley during the match backstage. Asuka would definitely take her revenge on Sasha Banks and Bayley. WWE would undoubtedly book Raw Women’s Championship match at the second-biggest event of promotion.
Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro vs Daniel Bryan and Drew Gulak
New Day is now out due to Kofi Kingston’s injury. Other than this, Forgotten Sons and Heavy Machinery haven’t been seen for a while. In this case, WWE could have a short feud between the tag champs and Daniel Bryan and Drew Gulak. WWE needs star power at SummerSlam and Daniel Bryan can easily catch a lot of attraction, being at the card.
Matt Riddle vs King Corbin
Matt Riddle was recently called up to the main roster. WWE is looking towards him as a top guy. ‘The King Of Bros’ is currently feuding with the most hated stars in the company. This feud could sustain and strengthen his reputation. A big victory on the King at SummerSlam would be a perfect decision by WWE for the future.
Seth Rollins vs Dominick
Seth Rollins recently overthrew Rey Mysterio at Extreme Rules in an ‘Eye For An Eye’ match. Rey Mysterio is out of action but his son Dominick is glimpsing for retribution on Seth Rollins for his father. Recently on Raw, Dominick attacked ‘Monday Night Messiah’ and his disciple, teasing a match between them. According to the reports, WWE is currently high on Rey Mysterio’s son. This is why he could debut against former Universal Champion at ‘Biggest Party Of The Summer’.
