Watch: The First Time Arsene Wenger Had Sir Alex Rattled; Nostalgia Moment

"They Are The Gods Of Football, They Deserved It" - This Is How Fans Reacted As Arsene Wenger And Sir Alex Ferguson Became The First Managers To Be Inducted In The English premier league Hall Of Fame

There is no doubt that Arsene Wenger is an Arsenal legend. The Frenchman was at the club for more than two decades. He did some amazing things in North London during his time. He earned the status of a LEGEND during his time with the club. This was due to the fact that he revolutionized football in itself.

However, one thing is for certain. Whether there is a LEGEND, there is a rival who is also of a similar or higher status. And in this case, there was Sir Alex. As both these LEGENDS of the game were inducted in the Premier League Hall Of Fame recently, the fans were just overjoyed with this news.

Many of the older fans would remember this EPIC rivalry from the start. Despite that, we at Beyond The Posts have found the first-ever time that Arsene Wenger rattled Sir Alex. And the latter commented in anger on his rival’s statement!!

Below Is The Video Of Sir Alex Responding To The Comments Of Arsene Wenger; A Start To This New Rivalry!!

This happened 26 years ago. Yes, it’s been that long. The Sir Alex-Arsene Wenger era has passed us by. And now, we are beyond it totally!! The time for new managers and modern football is here. However, fans of Arsenal and Manchester United will never forget these two greats!!

This rivalry totally made football what it is today. It was the PR factor for the Premier League for so long. These two rivals going at each other, season after season. Fans would tune in to watch this.

And though they matured with time, here’s how it started!! And it wasn’t all FUN AND GAMES!!

This was some intense rivalry. And it made two huge fanbases in the current era. Though the likes of Chelsea and eventually Manchester City also took over, with regards to status, they could never match anything like this. Yes, the Mourinho-Wenger rivalry was also a thing. However, it was not comparable to this!!

Four Managers Now Could Be On The Brink Of Something Special!!

Though Pep Guardiola is the king of the pack at present, he has been recently challenged by Jurgen Klopp. Now, Mikel Arteta and Erik Ten Hag have also come into the picture. If Klopp does fade away, then it could be either these three or two out of them, that can continue the Sir Alex and Arsene Wenger battle for supremacy.

Things will be quite interesting in the seasons to come. All teams are focused on winning the League at present. And the goal could be achieved by the Gunners this term. If this does indeed happen, it will mark the start of something really special that could become EPIC!!

Right now, the League is Arsenal’s to lose. It will be interesting to see how things current season ends!! Let’s wait and watch!!
