For him to leave West Ham United, the club would need roughly £110 million. West Ham United’s Declan Rice has been linked to a transfer away from the club in order to play in the Champions League for a new team. Dean Jones thinks Arsenal is in a better position than Chelsea to capture the extremely skilled midfielder due to their higher league standing and farther along the development of the project.
