MS Dhoni is a LEGEND. The former Indian skipper won the IPL 2021 tournament with the Chennai Super Kings and proved that he has still got it. He is still India’s most successful skipper and the world knows it. He is appreciated and respected amongst cricket fans for his leadership skills and contribution to the game.
Though at the age of 40, the level of performance may drop, MS Dhoni has still done his bits for CSK. He is also currently mentoring the Indian team for the T20 World Cup. With that being said, the ex-Indian skipper is now helping the players of the Indian team.
The Video Of MS Dhoni Giving Rishabh Pant Keeping Lessons That Goes Viral
MS Dhoni has been on top of his wicketkeeping game for a lot of years. He has produced some of the best moments from behind the stumps already. He has been a mentor to a lot of younger wicketkeepers across India. He was the skipper under whom Rishabh Pant made his debut as well.
With that being said, the mentor for the Indian team was seen giving tips to Pant in Dubai. This was ahead of India’s T20 World Cup Super 12 fixture against Pakistan. A video was seen of Dhoni mentoring Pant in the practice sessions.

Well, MS Dhoni is still MS Dhoni and he has still got it with the gloves. He may not be the same world-class finisher with the bat. However, he can surely guide the likes of Rishabh Pant to do more, behind the stumps. Instinct is one thing but the former Indian skipper has more tricks up his sleeve.
It will be great to have him in the team, as he has the experience of winning the tournament. He has done so in his first tournament as a skipper, which was the inaugural edition of the competition. Ironically, the final was against Pakistan.
What About The Game Against Pakistan, The Big One?
Another World Cup tournament and another match between India and Pakistan. Both teams will want to win their first fixture of the Super 12, though it will be interesting to see which team comes out on top. Form and history favour the Indian side and Virat Kohli will be keen on winning his final tournament as a skipper.
With that being said, MS Dhoni will also want to leave his mark on the competition. Though he will not be playing in it, his wisdom can surely make a difference. After winning the IPL 2021 tournament, Dhoni will surely be confident that he can help team India win more.
Winning is a habit and MS Dhoni is surely used to it. He will want to win the tournament now as a mentor, after winning it as a skipper. Let’s wait and watch if that can actually happen or not. For now, the entire focus of the team and the nation will be on the match against Pakistan.
