LOKI Season 2 was one of the best things that the Marvel TV Universe (MTU or MTVU, haha) could have produced for sure. Though SEASON 1 started off quite slowly and picked up pace eventually, season 2 was a bit different in itself. Not in terms of the SPEED (which was similar). But in terms of showcasing a more detailed and in-depth side to the character of LOKI!! And this made it that much special for sure!!
For the fans who like special effects, the show showcased some of the best and most thought-of scenes, in terms of the psychedelic and mind-impacting moments that caught your attention!! And this mixed a bit with humour and good story-telling could produce a complete package.
But, the show and the SEASON 2 actually picked up when we got into EPISODE 4, 5 and 6. And there was no looking back!! (no Palat moments there, this ain’t Bollywood!!)
LOKI Season 2 Review: The MAGIC Delivered By The God Of Mischief Himself!!
While season 1 of the show was more about building characters and showcasing the role of each and every actor, season 2 was quite different. LOKI let the show play along, with other characters taking charge at times in season 1. He slowly and quietly did his thing amidst audiences of other actors. Such was his role; to blend in!!
But, not in season 2, anymore!! This was where it was his time to SHINE!! He had played along just long enough in season 1. It wasn’t going to be MORE OF THE SAME!! Not this time.
Though he gave his NEW-FOUND FRIENDS importance. No one was STEALING THE SHOW this time around. And despite a slow and subtle growth in his importance as the time went by, LOKI took centre-stage and captured it all to himself. Just like the GOD OF MISCHIEF does!! All the ATTENTION in the WORLD is on HIM!! AND ONLY HIM!!
That is exactly what we saw in episode 4, 5 and 6. And that is what FINALLY MADE THIS SHOW, SPECIAL!! More than season 1!! And more than most MARVEL SHOWS on TV!! (No one’s going to beat TOM HIDDLESTON at his best, is there even a competition here!?)
And as Tom says, the character comes FULL CIRCLE!!

At The End Of The Day, LOKI Is Just LOKI; And That’s Why The Fans Love Him!!
If any other character did a show like this, they would have never been appreciated so much. The best thing about this show is the fact that the character started off as a villain and ended up being a great hero!! An ideal person who loves his peers and friends and vice versa. NOT ALONE ANYMORE!! Or maybe, not!?

It has great VIBES and reminds me personally of a show called LEGION!! I bet all your MARVEL FANATICS remember that one!! And at the end of the day, we all love a GREAT SHOW that resonates with multiple thoughts and feelings that every human has (and in this case a GOD has too!!)
It’s just that FEEL GOOD SHOW, where LOKI check-marks (ticks) all the right boxes. And these boxes help people connect with him. And resonate his feelings as their own.
LOKI Season 2: A Tale Of Multiple Individuals Seen Through The Eyes Of The God Of Mischief!!
The aim of season 1 of LOKI was to introduce the audience to characters like Mobius, Sylvie, He Who Remains and many more. And once the fans got to know them, their IMPORTANCE grew. And surely shortly after, their INFLUENCE did too. Once all this had happened, it was time to showcase what they meant to LOKI!!
And so the CHARACTERIZATION and STORY-WRITING was perfect and to the point. The writers knew what they wanted to do. And eventually LOKI made the PERFECT SACRIFICE to become the ULTIMATE HERO (Dragon Ball Z vibes).
Though, I am not revealing too many details, it is just a SHOW that one must experience on their own. And one article can’t justify the entire sequence of events and the significance!! It’s a VIBE that one needs to connect with!! And resonate alongside. Well-constructed, well integrated and something BEAUTIFUL in itself!!
My only PURPOSE here is to tell you about it!! And then, leave the rest up to you. Whether you wish to CONNECT with it or not, is totally up to you. But, a lot of people across the globe already are!! And so, there must be something great about it for sure!! That’s all I can say!! It’s not just a SHOW anymore, it’s an EXPERIENCE!!
